Apple Pulisseri

We are back after a long break. This time we will not disappoint and keep updating regularly. Pulisseri is a traditional dish in kerala cuisine. Its made with curd, coconut paste and generally with veggies like raw and sweet mango, kerala cucumber or white pumpkin. One of my very good friend brought a twist to this traditional recipe by adding Granny Smith Apples(Green Apples).I was a little wary as to how it would taste but to my surprise it was delish 😋. It had a mix of sweet, sour and spicy tastes. My little one loves this 😊 Do give it a try and let me know how it was!!

Jeera - 1 tsp
Yogurt - 1 cup

For seasoning:

Coconut oil - 1tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
